As an installer, this company is shocking. They will sell you anything. Wrong type of showers or taps for current water supply etc. Sellers have no clue about plunbing. Installed one last week and required some information on a part. My colleague rang to be told send email of part fitting and will ring you in an hour. No call back. Rang three times more. Told they guy who we need to speak to will ring back. No call. No email. 5 days gone now. Absolute rubbish firm. Avoid. Will cost more in the long run, chasing up broken or incorrect parts.
