I've never felt the need to write a damning review about any company. However, in Victoria Plum I have no choice but to make an exception. Original communications were pleasant and positive. The problems began when the various products arrived. For example a myriad of items were damaged on delivery, many had to be returned or refunded due to numerous faults. This process of replacing faulty items and products; generally being of exceptionally poor design quality has been unrelenting. Bottom line...if you're funds are limited, they can seem like a reasonable solution. However, the cheap prices are reflected in the poor quality of products and completely inconsistent and uncoordinated customer services. Buy at you peril...you'll be living with consequences for many years!!
