Poor experience. Purchased 2 x shower from this company at a reasonable price. Unfortunately both of them broke after 2 years. We needed 2 buy two small parts to get them both working again. We contacted Victoriaplum who they said that they do not sell parts for any of the items we have to purchase the whole2 units again. Not impressed with this and also the toilet seat broke and it is impossible to purchase a toilet an off the peg toilet as they have design such a toilet that you can only replace the seat through Victoria Plumb. On the face of it it seems cheap but it is false economy if you have to buy twice. I will never use this company again and cannot recommend them!
