Absolutely shocking customer service, I received damaged goods and their excuse for not replacing them free of charge was because it was outside of the 14 days, well I’m sorry that we had to wait for a qualified plumber to fit it for us! Everything was packaged until needed for fitting. I had to purchase a new cistern, a new toilet seat, new fittings, new bottle trap as nothing fitted, on top of that they wanted me to pay £150 for a new toilet unit because it was damaged- no way! I’ll go elsewhere. Never again
