Here's a tip - Do NOT give this company your business. There, I've just saved you a fortune. I will shamefully admit that I got them mixed up with Victoria Plumbing (as intended no doubt), but for ANY company to be run like this in THIS economical climate is bewildering. THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL WHATSOEVER! They sent out two broken toilets and then tried to redeliver the same broken ones again. TIP If you are foolish enough to buy anything from them, examine the products the second they are delivered for damage (although the VP drivers have caught onto this and will try to insist you sign for the goods first). Also, take lots of photos AND videos of the items, boxes and labels. Customer service is equally lax - they just don't care. I suspect the positive onsite reviews are written by staff (probably the ones supposed to be in 'Quality Control') and I also think the company has to be a tax dodge. If Watchdog or any other consumer programme wants to do an expose, then go for it. A company can't run like this, poor products, poor service, something's off. Bottom line, Victoria Plum are sh..
