Extremely poor customer service from Victoria Plum.
I would not be making any further orders from this company.
Delivered bathroom suite on 03/02/2020, builders came to fit the bathroom next day. The corner of the bath was broken.
Had to make several phone calls on the day with no joy, passed from pillar to post.
After several phone calls I was able to track some one. They had informed me that replacement will be delivered only after a week.
When I asked about cancelling the order, Victoria Plum were asking for a collection fee of £49 which is ridiculous as the product was faulty in the first instance.
Now waiting for the replacement causing me loss of time and money.
All these shenanigans despite me having a trade account.
When looking at their website the same bath is available for delivery with in 2 days if I purchase this again.
