Worse experience. I was delivered the wrong product (shower tray) and wasnt able to recognise the difference until installation. VP did not give a refund which was requested as the bathroom was tiled around the shower enclosure which meant removal of the tray would have been difficult and would incur a further cost to me. I requested for replacement doors to match the tray which VP didnt have. VP did nothing to understand mandy dilemma. They didnt even compensate me for their own mistake but just offered a replacement tray. I will now have to pay for their mistake.
