If I could give 0 I would Ordered bathroom suit Order arrived pedistal missing Called VP waited 20 mins and still waiting so went on online chat was offered for it to be re delivered however had to wait in all day again as VP wouldn’t give me a time slot (even though you as a buyer can pay £29.99 for a am or pm) clearly VP don’t value customers enough to rectify the issue they have caused and give a time slot they had to inconvenience and make me wait all day Day agreed this thur No email to confirm Called long waiting again Online chat to VP chat spoke to someone else who informed me the bloke I spoke to booked wed not thur so didn’t listen to what day I was able to stay home again so had to change the day Stayed home today thur at cost of another day home from work and had to arrange my child to be collected 3.00 I’m still sat here no delivery. On chat again to VP to be told “ i 15:01 Thank you for waiting there, I have read the notes on your account, I can see the replacement item was booked in for the delivery today and I can only apologise that this has not arrived. I have checked the tracker system and it is showing that the item didn't make it to the depot in time i'm afraid so what I will need to do is reschedule this for you. What date would be best for you Kelly? Does anyone think this is acceptable?! So my options a refund the for pedistal at a % as I bought a package so £35 or wait in again for the bottom to be delivered????? Iv opened a resolver case and they can’t even be bothered to resolve and come back They won’t compensate me and the whole process is infuriating Never use this company! I would not recommend them. You can’t speak to anyone and I have also been refused contact number/ email for management it’s like taking to robots If VP reply to this have the decency to reply to the resolver case that’s open. I’ll also be raking a report to trading standards Update now apparently my order was damaged in delivery so now have to go back on the chat and get a refund
