ordered bathroom suite back in February unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, totally my fault as the house at the time was being rented. That said I did ask if I could exchange and they said yes not a problem.Unfortunately covid hit us so all our dealings had to be done over chat online. We did the waiting in queue only to be told that because we ordered our suite a while ago the only way they would exchange was for us to buy a whole new suite,wait until that has been delivered then pay for a courier to come and take the original suite back, only then I would get a refund. I queried this, and asked them why I had to give them over 1600 pound just to exchange a suite and there answer was this is the only way. I said I couldn't afford to do that, she replied it wasn't their fault and maybe I could look at finance. Cut along story short, I brought a 2nd suite got original picked up and now a month on i am still waiting for a refund. I can't get on chat online as its always off and their not taking calls.If they cannot provide a service they should not be trading. STAY AWAY FROM VICTORIA PLUM!!!. My next step is to speak to the ceo, wish me luck!
