Was informed that Victoria Plumb could not deliver my order on the stated day so I have tried to cancel as my kitchen was being fitted on these days and I required the Sink and Tap to be fitted during installation. I immediately emailed back saying please cancel the order and I would purchase from someone else. Well we are now on the 15th of the month and Victoria plumb say they will deliver the order tomorrow .I don't want the order you should have given me the choice to cancel when you rearranged delivery but you certainly should have acted on my email and canceled the order. Cannot contact you by phone life chat is permanently engaged customer service is none existent,
