DELIVERY 4 MONTHS LATE!! Awful customer service. Their live chat has been off for 2 months and getting in touch with them about our 3 overdue deliveries has been like pulling teeth. Had a nightmare trying to swap an item, wasn't collected for 6 weeks. We were meant to get a delivery on thursday 9th July , but we were out (this was ordered 2 months ago - first day out the house since lockdown) and there was no option to rearrange. They are now refusing to deliver until the 21st, which is useless to us, and is too late. Our bathroom is being finished this friday 17th, meaning we will have to pay the contractors to come back. UPDATE THEY HAVE LOST THE PARTS TO OUR ORDER AND ARE NOW SAYING ANOTHER 5 WEEKS, AND THAT WE CAN'T GET THE MISSING ITEM UNTIL 28 AUGUST. TOTAL JOKE.
