Seriously the worst service I have ever experienced in 40+ years both personally and in “plumbing business”! Many months, many emails and phone calls trying to source some minor parts for one of their products (thermostatic shower). Apparently they do not supply the O rings (1000’s of different ones out there) which isolate the water flow but Impossible to and get any further information from them re alternative supplier or even to talk to them via phone/email or their automated system - absolutely impossible; when you do get to talk to someone (trade only) they can’t help/hang-up/promise a call back which never happens - again & again & again!!!! Unbelievable service and the shower is only just out of warrantee - don’t go there, it’s not worth the pain of trying to deal with this sort of provider - as with all things in life it is not when things are working that you learn more about Yourself/ Others/Life AND Companies it is when things are not working out and require “sorting” - you will be left high and dry by these Jokers! As is the owner of this shower as it is isolated to prevent continual flow of water! The alternatives seem to be continue hunting around plumbing merchants for rings that cost a few pence or fit new cartridges at about £50 x 3 which it would appear is the cynical profiteering option Victoria Plumb recommend - oh and of course can provide!!!! Charlatans!
