Such an awful company. Say they refund and never actually do! Toilet seat replaced 3-4 times. Chrome just peels and edge splits open. Really poor quality and staff who lie and are incompetent. Requested refund 10th dec. it’s now mid Jan and still no sign. Don’t use this company.
