Viddyoze customer service is outstanding. Prompt response to customer queries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The Viddyoze product itself (the software) needs improvement so that it can stay at the top against its competitors. Most of the templates are not flexible for customization for the end user. I know you're trying to help everybody including people with no prior experience in video editing or creation. Please make the templates in such a way that experienced video editors can also enjoy creating something unique for their projects and not have it look too generic. I noticed that when I edit something and want to use the transparency editing feature I get limited to using the feature 15 times only in a month. That is a very basic feature that your customers should use for free. I mean for a template club member who subscribes to Viddyoze Template Club and pays $37 every month for the templates, they shouldn't pay an extra $10 every month in order to use the transparency feature. The feature is free in most other editing soft-wares. Another improvement you can add to the Viddyoze software is making it possible to process actual videos. You can make it possible for processing short videos that can then be rendered to use in projects. This will actually put Viddyoze at the top of the competition. When I signed up for Viddyoze template club, 2 years ago, I thought I would be able to import a video and process it using Viddyoze. That was not the case. I soon realized I could only import pictures and photos to make logos, stingers, transitions, intros and outros. The intros, stingers and transitions from using most of the templates are quite rough. If they can be softened and made a little smoother, they can be very powerful. Overall the software has a lot of potential, and if improvements are made, it is going to be the go to software to create awesome videos. Thanks.
