An item was sent back, during transport the package was damaged, due to Covid it was contactless delivery so I could not refuse the parcel, yet their "Customer Support" (ridiculous really) claimed I should have refused, but couldn't explain to me how I can do that when the package is left on my doorstep and the van drives away? Since they used Collissimo the post office said they can't do anything, ParcelForce (the UK partner of Collissimo) told me that the parcel will be insured and the person who sent it can put in the claim, this happened in early September 2020, now in March 2021 nobody has contacted me, whenever I contact "Customer Service" somebody repeats I need to refuse a damaged parcel, yet can't explain how I can do that when there is no chance to refuse! Have they heard about COVID?
Additionally, I informed them within 5 minutes of the door bell ringing, me picking up the parcel from the doorstep, taking pictures of the damage - in short I did whatever I could.
