Absolutely horrific! Buyers will not pick up their parcels, however often they return worn and dirty or damaged, the customer service claims they will reply in 48 hours, it often takes weeks until they respond and then "Well, just have it dry cleaned again" at one point I had to give it to a special firm (had not received a reply within in 2 weeks) the buyer had not even bothered to use packaging for an expensive dress and ran parcel tape over the dress and my old packaging, resulting in it sticking to the dress, it had to be soaked and restored when the joke of a customer service FINALLY responded they said I need to show the damage on the dress, I showed them pictures of the parcel tape over the dress and said I paid over 30 to get it cleaned and showed them the bill, no, they refunded the "buyer" so apparently I should have waited for a few weeks or ripped it off and with it the material....
Also if an item gets lost, you don't get paid, fine, it is insured, however if the seller returns and it gets lost, you do not get refunded and have to wait until the claim of the sender gets paid. Sleazy as hell...
Oh also they claim that maximum 10 days when you put in the request to be paid but that they pay out twice a week according to their website - don't count on it, it often takes a month or longer
