I am seriously disappointed, a buyer added letters to the address, so it couldn't be delivered, I finally got an address certificate where the address was 36B (street) the buyer had given 36 Bis - which the delivery company could not find, they claim it is correct...
Additionally, it often takes days until somebody replies, in some cases over a week. Then you have items where the tracking shows it has been delivered over 48 hours ago, yet they claim it wasn't (even if it is on the tracking black and white) and the buyer can still return, sometimes I received items back that were not as I had sent them, but clearly worn. The "customer support" is appalling.
If sellers send from Germany to France, they get the price of the sending, if you send from the UK to France, you only get as much as sending within in France costs, a fraction of the actual costs, add to that that La Poste often doesn't scan or track, you need to use a different service, a more expensive one, but they require telephone numbers, which VideDressing only provides on request, causing a further delay.... Attached a screenshot of the email with the delivery address and the official certificate of the correct address! The customer service I received? To open a claim with the delivery company, now since the address is WRONG, I can't open a claim, heaven knows where my parcel and my item is, so I didn't just lose an item but also postage.
