Unbelievable service, and such nice people. I had an old Cine film which had been converted to a VHS tape back in the day. The tape had creased and folded inside the cassette and would not play at all on a video player. I had really run out of options until I came across Video Magic on line. I rang them and asked them if they could help in sorting out the badly damaged tape. I now have a film of my family holiday from yesteryear on a DVD which is truly amazing, and extremely precious. so thank you so much. I will certainly be recommending you.
