Quick service and kept informed at all times of stage of order. The only problem I would say is that to send my video by special delivery, it was approx £7 just over, second class. This on top of the cost of £36 to transfer the VHS to dvd, meant it was quite expensive at £43. Locally I could have got the transfer for £15, but they were unable to repair the tape first, which is why I sent it off to video-magic.. I would say that video magic do a good job, but it was a little bit pricey for me to pay with that postage on top!
