Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise thus the high rating. It was let down by 2 things. The concierge was off-hand,disinterested and unhelpful and all we asked was where to catch the metro in Vienna. Once we had left the ship disembarkation was totally chaotic. There were 2 coaches leaving for Budapest airport and nobody knew which one or that we had to get our luggage labels marked. There was a lot of walking backwards and forwards.This was possibly because it was being organised by the concierge! Once we arrived at the airport we were left totally to our own devices. Nobody explained that we had to check in at the machines even if we hadn't done it online beforehand. We managed to sort things out because an English speaking local explained. Non IT literate passengers struggled. The rep that met the coach disappeared into thin air. He should have been there to direct and support. There was a lot of grumbling going on and spoilt the end of a lovely holiday. It was very poor service.
