We have enjoyed two river cruises and booked two more (one river and one 'ocean'). On each occasion the booking process was excellent as was any required follow up to it.
The two cruises experienced (Rhine and Danube) were excellent, with guides and 'hotel' staff providing service of the highest standard.
Our one criticism, which is policy rather than service, relates to gratuities. We would prefer them to be included as part of the cost rather than collected as an 'extra'.
