This was our first cruise and the whole experience exceeded expectations. Attention to detail was paramount, we were met at the airport, greeted at the boat and settled in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The trips were informative and well run, extra coaches were laid on for additional visits to the Christmas markets and on our return to the boat there was always a warm towel, drink or snack to welcome us back on board. We had so much fun that on our return we booked our next cruise.
