It is now 16 days since I ordered a chair from viking.ie to make sure this would not happen, my daughter much preferred a chair on Amazon but I said no that we would order from Ireland to avoid complications due to Brexit. I ordered from Ireland! Why is the chair stuck in UK?
I have rang viking 3 times and emailed them and was assured that the chair would have arrived by yesterday, I gave it yet another day and nothing! Is viking.ie not in Ireland? Why is the chair in Stansted? Customer service has been non existent up to now, i am having to chase for a product that I paid for. They won't respond to me at all.
