Sent me the wrong item.
Did not respond to my email for over a week, until I emailed again.
They wanted a picture of the incorrect item. Sent them that.
Now they want me to repackage it, return it to them, provide my card details again so I can order the item that I originally ordered.
Why should I waste my time, money and effort, when it was Viking that have messed up.
Terrible service from the offset.
