Absolutely appalling costumer service.
Out of 3 orders of office items, twice I did not receive the entire order. When called the costumer service, the rude girl on the phone told me to reorder and pay again for the items until they investigate the matter with the courier. Why can't Viking deploy a reliable courier, provide a better service to its costumers, send the missing items then investigate the matter.
I will cancel my account with them and order on Amazon next time.
PS. I am still waiting for the missing items.
