I don't know where to begin with the incompetency of this company. They delivered a broken item. They collected it and replaced it. I was told this was case closed by customer service. One month later I am being chased for an overdue invoice for DOUBLE the amount I originally paid. I had not been told they refunded my order and then wanted to charge me for the replacement. But the invoices were wrong, they were now telling me I owed for two orders. I have been back and forth with this company for DAYS. They still cannot get it right. I will pay for the one order but the invoices are still wrong. I am STILL being told different things by different people. My account is still showing the incorrect amount and that I am overdue when this is THEIR MISTAKE. I am about to give birth and could not be more stressed. I do not need money outstanding (THAT I DON'T OWE), being chased by people who have no clue what they are doing and won't look into my account properly so keep asking for the same details. I have asked for management, I have asked to make formal complaints, THEY DO NOTHING. I have contacted Citizens Advice Bureau and a solicitor. My original order was like £35. I cannot believe the stress they are causing me. It is absolutely disgusting. THEY DELIVERED A BROKEN ORDER. None of this is my fault
