Worst customer service department, left on hold extensively, call centres in South Africa and Romania with bad phone lines, i waited seven days for my 3 orders to arrive (all confirmed accepted by email and showing as confirmed on my account, when i phoned them to enquire i was told none had been processed and i would have to pay by Bank transfer even though they had excepted all my card payments without comment? i have now cancelled orders in excess of £4,000??
