Bad Customer Service
The website, products and cost is very good.
However your customer service is outright awful.
I first placed an order, recieved a confirmation email and my account showed the order as complete however the items never arrived.
I called customer service to be advised that the orde rhad been cancelled, yet at no point were we contacted to advise this and the website still shows my order as completed.
I raised this to customer service and very short and rude staff explained there was no order and no charge so all is fine. I requested an email to confirm no order and no charge (for my accoutns team) and was advised they cannot do this, 5 mins later I did get an email.
I then place a new order, and noticed the dleivery address was missing a 1 and was showing 2 not 12.
I immedietly called your customer service and after another rude interaction I had this changed, I then asked for an email to be sent to confirm to which they advised they cannot send emails. I advised I received one earlier and they agreed and sent an email.
After an hour I had not recieved the mail so I called back through, I am currently on hold (15mins) I have now been advised you cannot change delivery addresses?
I have been tranferred twice and am waiting to speak to the delivery team.
I would actively advise people not to order from yourslevs due to the customer service provided.
A simple problem should have a simple solution, almost 3 days after my intial order for next day delivery I am no closer to getting the items I have ordered.
