They took my payment for an order, its been over two weeks with no updates.
I initially contacted them via webchat, where the person I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful and disconnected from me before I was finished speaking to them.
I have since emailed them several times with no responses, asking for my order to be cancelled since it became clear they have no intention of delivering.
They are no responding to my emails, their webchat is now offline and they have disconnected their phone service.
Since I have no contact from them, even though they have already taken my payment, I'll be forced to ask my bank to use a chargeback to recover my money.
Absolutely awful experience and non-existent customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
