I booked a villa in May for a rental in Portugal in June, I paid the full rental cost of around £1200. When the government changed the country to amber status I tried to alter the booking to later in the year which Villa Plus would not do, and they have kept my money.
After weeks of Emails with Customer Service asking to change dates it was clear that nothing would be done.I decided to write to one of the owners at his home address, it was very easy to find on the internet. Guess what I have not even had an acknowledgement from them, that shows exactly what sort off people they are.
