We have just been told that we are not getting a refund for our holiday which was all paid for (villa only) 3k, the holiday was meant to take place 21st MAy until today and yest we have been chasing via email, facebook, numerous phone calls and they have changed their policies twice and stated that because Portugal have lifted their lockdown they still expected us to travel. Hoe thick are you people, firstly the UK is still on lockdown and no essential travel is to be undertaken, we have had refunds for both our flights and told that they have been cancelled so how on earth did you expect us to travel to Portugal, secondly if you were expecting a villa to be occupied for 9 days why have you not contacted us to see where we are.
This company has scammed several hundred people and have kept their hard earned money, i hope i am not the only one going to the ombudsman and watchdog for how disgusting their service is and the lack of communication from them.
