Due to travel to menorca on 18th May. Contacted VP that day to be told refund would be processed within 10 days only to then receive an email saying no refund. I find it disgusting I’ve had no communication at all. Booked with you for the last 5 years but no more. Already booked our next villa holiday with Jet2.
We are family who travel with our son who has special needs, we save all year for this holiday, we are absolutely devastated, £2500 out of pocket and VP couldn’t care less!
