In the same boat as many many others. Now due to pay the final balance on our Corfu holiday in September. We were given 2 choices, cancel and lose your deposit or pay up the balance and hope to get your money back if the holiday does not go ahead.
No option to change the booking or use the deposit against a future holiday.
No response whatsoever to my emails.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
I have lodged a complaint with the CMA which I suggest everyone else does.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! (assuming they stay in business).
