Due to travel to Majorca for a villa only holiday on the 16 th of may at which time villa plus own web advice page was saying if travelling within 3 days I was due a refund this message remained until the 21st of May 2 days before I was due home
Villa plus are now saying I’m not due a refund and to claim on my insurance (shameful)
So many customers upset so many people will never use them again
WHY DONT THEY CARE do they know something we don’t ??
