You are mislead to believe owner info is involved in the report. The information on the paid version is the exact same as the free version. i.e. number of previous owners ((no more owner info), estimated value of the car (no real sales data), and crash record is only a general statement acknowledging that a crash was reported around a certain month and year. LITERALLY the same information you get before you pay. Please, let my dollar be the only one wasted. Don't fall for it.
