been buying wine from you guys for a long time and have never had an issue with anything. The wine has been great!
I've had to return 2 boxes over the years, never a problem. I even had a box delivered by the courier to a wrong address, you followed up, found it and then it was delivered!!
Can't fault the service guys (wine is great too!!)
