Vinted blocked my attempt to set up an account to all intents and purposes saying it was a fraudulent attempt without specifying despite my request for clarification. I suppose some might find it reassuring that they are attempting to exclude fraudsters but I would be concerned that someone needing their help as a genuine victim of fraud might be abandoned because their ridiculous algorithm labels them as the fraudster and prevented any further contact. I WOULD BE EXTREMELY WARY ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG - I SUSPECT YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN - THEY KNOW BEST!
