Two of my parcels were left outside of my block of 18 flats because I was at work and not home. This parcel obviously was no longer there when I got back from work. It was marked as delivered so Vinted closed the case without a refund or compensation. I just got a “sorry” but it was marked as delivered and there was a photo proof. There is nothing to protect buyers. I will never buy again because there is no guarantee this wouldn’t happen again and I know Vinted doesn’t have my back so the buyer loses out. Not only losing out on money but time and energy from filling out forms to cashing parcel numbers in a short time frame to be told “sorry”. Disgusting customer service!
