I purchased an item on Vinted for the first time and what a nightmare. When the boots arrived they were not as described (had a company logo stamped on the side - which the seller conveniently forgot to photograph or mention). Who wants to walk around in boots with a corporate logo down the side, aside from the fact that it is against Vinted policy to sell items of a uniform. Buyer said he would refund as he didn't want the boots back and asked for my bank details (which I thought was odd). He didn't refund, so I returned for a refund instead. He has received the items but now doesn't want to refund - not sure why as I haven't been told and he won't communicate. Customer service are a joke and just keep asking for the same info. It is a nightmare and I will never purchase or sell on this site. I buy and sell on ebay, have done for years with rarely an issue. I wish I had read the reviews before even registering with the site.
