My parcel has been lost and apparently there is nothing I can do about it. The parcel contained a pair of jeans which I was paid £25 for but the order was cancelled when the customer said she didn’t receive them. I phoned InPost where I was tracking the parcel but they have passed it on to Royal Mail who have said they don’t have the parcel. I have lost the jeans with no recompense I wont be using Vinted again. It was only the second parcel I have sent.
