I recently purchased a pair of trainers through Vinted. On inspection, the items were found to be counterfeit.
When I raised this with Vinted, they:
•Refused to investigate the matter,
•Took no action against the seller,
•Declined to refund my purchase.
When I informed them I would be relisting the item, they responsed with no objection, rather than addressing the issue of counterfeit goods!
Do use Vinted.
