Really frustrated at slow delivery and terrible customer service.
I ordered some dog food on the 1st of July, on the checkout page it said delivery in 7 to 9 days.
On the confirmation email it said delivery within 6 to 10 weeks!!!!! Weeks!!
I emailed to check if this was right as the website was still saying delivery possible in 7 days and we will have run out of dog food if it's really not delivered within 6 weeks meaning we will have to shop elsewhere and making this order completely pointless. I had a reply that didn't answer my question or explain why there is such a big difference in the delivery time they're stating at checkout and at confirmation email. I emailed them back explaining they hadn't answered my question and have not received another reply.
I'm off to order the food again at Pets@Home.
Frankly I would cancel this order but I have no confidence I'd get my money back.
Will not be ordering from again and cannot recommend to anyone else!
