Terrible customer service by Viovet.
After nearly a month since I ordered I am yet to receive my products.
DPD didn’t even bother coming to my home address to deliver just took it directly to Morrisons. That’s no use to me as I needed it delivered to my home.
Viovet have been very slow to get this sorted even though I’m a very loyal customer. Extremely disappointing. Get your act together please Viovet your customers deserve better treatment.
