Terrible customer service AND delivery.
Ordered on 4th December items that were all listed as in stock. They were ALL for Christmas presents including ones from Father Christmas.
Now we are the 19th December and not a single person at the company (I have phoned and emailed) can even give me a hint of when the items are due to leave them claiming they are "unable to give me an ETA at this time"
In short -my order was forgotten, so why it hasn't been prioritised to get it out ASAP god only knows. Mistakes and mishaps happen, it's only human, but its how the problem is rectified that counts and I am severely unimpressed.
