I placed an order on 19 December for delivery by the week after. I still haven’t received any goods and no communication. When I call them
And get through after 45 minutes there is no explanation and no new delivery date. When you have to feed your animals it is just not possible to work with a company like Viovet who don’t seem to care about animals.
I also want to mention that the previous delivery arrived with out of date goods. It makes you wonder what is going on.
