I placed an order for dog food on the 20/12/23 expecting the usual christmas delay, however it is now the 18/1/24, this was the last date for delivery of my goods however unfortunatly I have not received said goods and have had no update from the company. Tried to contact them by phone regarding delivery of my order today but phone system offline presumably to prevent any contact with customers, the message on website states long waiting time.
I emailed them and received an automated reply stating it will be at least seven days before I will have a reply. Viovet appears to think this is acceptable customer service. I have used Viovet before without issue so I am not sure whats going on but the service received so far for this order is poor.
