Golden Eagle Moving / United Van Lines was hired to move us from California to Nevada in September 2020. The contract was for packing, crating, transporting, unloading, uncrating and assembly as may be necessary. Full insurance was also purchased for up to $125,900.00 with $0.00 deductible. United Lines never sent anyone to inspect the submitted claimed damages, nor did they send anyone to repair and/or replace the damaged items. We hired a Insurance Claims Adjuster to provide a cost estimate for the required repairs and/or replacement. The estimate, with pictures was sent to United Van Lines but still no affirmative action was taken to inspect, repair or replace any of the items. It has been over 5 months since the move from CA to NV. We are now at a point of filing a Law Suite to be compensated for the repair and some replacement of damaged items. The damages exceed $11,000.00. We strongly suggest that NOBODY EVER HIRE UNITED VAN LINES OR THEIR AGENTS for any move. Michael Suess
