I had a small load to deliver out-of-state and was promised that my belongings would be loaded onto the truck that would drive them to their destination and then unloaded from that truck at my new home. I chose VIP Transport on the basis of this promise even though the price was higher than other firms quoted. Instead, my belongings were loaded onto one truck, taken to a warehouse, unloaded there, held for many days, loaded onto another truck, driven to my new home and unloaded there. In the process, a priceless antique dining chair, a family heirloom, was damaged beyond repair. Communications with the Las Vegas office of VIP Transport were poor and I had to contact the corporate office to get answers.
