I ordered 5 perfumes worth 818 sar since may 8 , 2021, its been more than 2 months now but there is still no assurance that these perfume will be deliver to me. I contacted their costumer service but their reply is that there is a custom problem , it migh hold for a while but not more 2 months and they should take action with these kind of issue with the custom, they are also not giving the tracking number even I asked them for a lot of times. This is my first time to encounter such company that are not transparent and helpful to their costumers . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their costumer service.
