I have read many negative reviews about this website/application at the same time there were some people gave 5 stars and were happy. However, my horrible experience started when i placed my order and finally received it after a month, when i opened the Box i noticed that i received 3 perfumes i stead of 5 perfumes i already paid through CC and one of the 3 received was wrong!! I contacted their whatsapp number and complained, they told they will check and will return within 48 hours! After 72 hours I chatted with them and it was clear that the one who is chatting with me don't know anything about my case and i have to repeat the whole story again for him. However, he calmed me up and promised to check with concerned department and will revert within 48 hours, i waited for a week and like before i have to start the chatting wondering what is the status of my missing items, again the shift changed and i have to repeat the story again for a new agent which again he promised to check and revert within 48 hours. Today i said i will give it another chance and will ask about my complaint status but this time they didnt promise to check and revert after 48 hours but at the beginning they were reading my msgs but do not reply and at the end seems they blocked me :-( guys trust me it doest worth to try them, any one who reads my review here and buy from them you really deserve what will happen to you!!
